This Internet Website Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") governs your access and use of the website located at www.victimsagainstnofault.org. The Victims Against No Fault Organization ("Victims Against No Fault") owns and operates the services located at www.victimsagainstnofault.org (the "Site").

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING.

By accessing and continuing to use the Site, and by providing certain Personal Information (as hereinafter defined) to Victims Against No Fault through the Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. The Site provides information intended to (1) educate people about our experience with no fault insurance; (2) create a resource for others to share their experiences, good and bad; and (3) act as a catalyst for reform.  The Site may contain links to other websites that are provided as a convenience only, and which may have different privacy policies and practices than Victims Against No Fault. Victims Against No Fault has no responsibility for such third party websites, and you are advised to review the privacy policies of any third party websites you choose to visit.

5.                  Reasons for Collecting your Personal Information

Victims Against No Fault collects your Personal Information for the following identified purposes:

·         to identify you;

once approved by Victims Against No Fault, to share your story with others by posting it on the Site;

·     to comply with legal requirements; and

·     to achieve any other purpose to which you provide your consent or as required or permitted by law.

Further reference in this Privacy Policy to "Identified Purposes" means the reasons set forth above.

6.                  Disclosure of your Personal Information

Victims Against No Fault does not disclose Personal Information to third parties for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required or permitted by law. In situations where we disclose Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy to third parties, we do not disclose more information than is required and, where it is reasonable and practical to do so, enter privacy agreements with third parties with whom we disclose Personal Information.

Victims Against No Fault uses various means to help safeguard your Personal Information. Only authorized individuals, employees and/or agents have access to Personal Information. All computers on which Personal Information is stored are password protected.

8.                  Your Consent/Verifying and Amending Personal Information

You may withdraw your consent for Victims Against No Fault to manage your Personal Information in a particular way, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. You may contact Victims Against No Fault for more information regarding the implications of withdrawing consent.

You can also access and review your Personal Information held by Victims Against No Fault and make appropriate changes to it by contacting Victims Against No Fault. You may be required to put your request in writing and show us identification.
